When I start my Freebox, I go from stage 2 to stage 3 (to go down and come back up).

I have contacted Free and a ticket has been opened.

I am in PERPIGNAN (66) and my connection point is Kennedy, I believe.

What is happening? Everything was working well this morning.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 604.1

a failure on your line or on the DSLAM for sure.
It hasn't escaped you that you're not asking Free, but on CCM?
Why would CCM know what's happening on your line?
By the way, is it fiber or ADSL?

Wait for Free to intervene, there is nothing else to do for now.
For your information, this happened to me; it was the power adapter of the Freebox that was defective, it wasn't providing enough power which caused the Freebox to restart in a loop.
