Hello,

my printer mn 5150 is displaying error code 5051. I can't remove the cartridges because it is blocked.

Canon Guadeloupe is telling me to buy another printer as there's no repair available.

The error: cancel the printing and then turn off the device.

    Hello,

    Press the 'Stop/Reset' button twice and release the power button.

    When the light starts flashing, press the 'Stop/Reset' button three times and wait for the light to turn orange.

    As soon as the light turns orange, turn off the printer, then turn it back on to reset it.
