Hello,

My Edenwood TV is displaying a message in a loop that quickly disappears, stating that the storage space is nearly full. When I power off and restart the TV, I see the androidTV screen, but then the "storage space nearly full" message appears in the top right corner, the screen displays it, then goes black again constantly. I can't access the TV settings.

TV model: Edenwood ED55C02UHD-VE. Since I cannot access the settings, I don't know what version of android TV it is running.

Thank you, have a nice day.

Yes!

You need to go to the source button on the remote control and select a free input, like hdmi1 or hdmi2 for example. Then go to menu and settings. This way you will have access to the applications... I had to delete at least 3 or 4.... personally, I had to repeat the operation several times because as soon as I reached hdmi, the TV would turn off and restart... so be patient!

It's simpler to connect a keyboard, go online (Windows button) and search for "settings", from there you can do everything... including reset...

Hello, same for me.

Have you found a solution that you could share?
Thank you!

Thank you for the feedback. It's quite a hassle; I can't access the settings, it's still a black screen.

And in the source selection, once a selection is made, it's always black, no follow-up.

I've tested several sources to no avail!
