Problem double authentication code facebook

Hello,

For the past two days, Brave won't let me log into my Facebook account. I then used Firefox to change my password, thinking I had been hacked. Since then, Brave still won't work (it tells me the password is incorrect, the old one doesn't work either), and my Facebook app won't work anymore either!

It sends me a code on WhatsApp but a message appears saying "Facebook can't send a code right now, please try again later." The same goes for the SMS code.

I tried disabling two-factor authentication since I still have access to my account on Firefox, but again, I never receive the codes (even though everything was working perfectly last week). However, when I tried to add another email address (because I'm not receiving anything by email either), Facebook on Firefox sent me a WhatsApp code that worked!

I’ve tried everything: checking the connection, clearing caches, sending a photo of my ID to verify my identity, reinstalling the app, etc... I’m afraid to change my password again and end up losing access through Firefox.

If anyone has had this problem, I’m open to any solutions!
