Black screen ads causing bugs

Hello,

The Blockudoku ad and other ads keep blocking the Candy Crush game, the screen goes black and I lose the boosters that help me progress and finish my game. I have to turn off the tablet and restart my game. How can I solve this problem?

Hello,

Check if Candy Crush and your iPad are up to date.

If they are, uninstall Candy Crush and reinstall it. Your progress will not be lost if you have connected a Facebook account or a King account.

As another solution, disable Wi-Fi or switch to airplane mode to play without ads.
