Instants Sports Paradise bug on my loading screen

Hello, I’m writing to you because I encountered a bug while playing Instants Sports Paradise on my Switch. I was playing the game when a bug occurred, so I wanted to return to the character selection screen, but the loading time leading to the character selection got stuck and for a day now, it has remained frozen with only the waves moving, but nothing on the screen changes. I’ve tried all possible ways to restart the game but nothing works, it still bugs. So please, if you can, help me fix this issue so I don’t lose all the data I had acquired.
