Since your PC is not compatible with Windows 11, the upgrade cannot be done via Windows Update; you need to follow the procedure for incompatible PCs, for example, by using this method.

Sorry for my frankness, but such a weak processor is already extremely slow for Windows 10, let alone 11...
I recommend, even though the first steps can be daunting and it will take time, but in the long run it will save you time compared to the heaviness of Windows, it would be wiser to use a lightweight Linux distribution, like Mint or MATE, or even Lubuntu (I have a preference for Linux Mint Cinnamon).

I have a PC that is not compatible with Windows 11 and I am manually upgrading as explained in the link of my previous message, and I have not encountered any problems.
