Defective battletron controller

Hello,
I have the battletron dualshock 4 controller from Action that was working perfectly until now. I have no trouble connecting it via Bluetooth (to my iPad in this case), but once connected, only the joysticks work; none of the other buttons respond. I've reset my controller several times and nothing changes. And one more detail, when I connect my controller, the light colors are not always the same; most of the time they are red-orange, sometimes yellow, and more rarely blue. Does anyone have an explanation for these color changes, and most importantly, what can I do to make the buttons work??? Please help me!!!!

Hello,
Low-cost product!
What can I do to make the keys work? By buying a better quality product, because in this kind of store like Action for an amount of €19.99 online, you shouldn't expect to have a quality product that can last!
(€16.95 in the Action store…)!
Then, you can claim the warranty if it is still valid.
Hello
Lmao don't fight over an action controller ^^ yes, they are temperamental controllers but once you get the hang of it, it's fine; they do the job. Compared to an Xbox controller, the joysticks have a less good range of motion but it will be enough to get by.
Do you play with a Bluetooth controller or with a cable?
I'm going to give you a solution to play with a cable. First, you need special software; I'll try to find it for you. Link https://www.x360ce.com
Check on YouTube, there are videos explaining the program. You install it, configure your controller, and that's it.
Secondly, don't get the wrong cable because some USB cables make it malfunction... basically it triggers all the Christmas tree buttons in the software. If that happens, it's a bad USB cable, change it.
To know which cable, sorry I can't remember, try a USB 2.0 and 3.0 cable and keep the one that works best for the controller.
That's all good, you can play without any problem.
