I have the following error message


The message sending failed.
An error occurred while sending the email. The email server responded: dWoJt1RvyL7Bh StartTLS mandatory. StartTLS mandatory.OFR303_199 [199]. Please check that your email address in the account settings is correct and try again

Hello,

Is the problem new? If so, have you modified anything on your PC?

Are you using a VPN (if yes, it should be disabled before using your email software).

Which email software are you using?

There could be several reasons for your issue, and the more information you provide, the better chance you have of getting a helpful response.
