No Network Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Hello! :)
I got my Samsung at the beginning of September, everything was going wonderfully until early December when I woke up one morning and noticed: Emergency calls only. I didn't panic, but this lasted for a week... then more... I went to see a repairman who couldn't find the issue... The network came back overnight, but I still spent a total of 3 weeks without network, unable to receive calls, not even at home, unable to make calls, nothing. (I should mention that the person I live with had a network connection, no issues).
Well, guess what... Yesterday at the end of the meal... Bam, no more network and of course it's not getting better.
I also did all the usual troubleshooting: Reset the network, restart the phone, in December I even did a factory reset but nothing worked.
I should specify that I have a U1 (US phone) and yes, I got caught and the seller was very dishonest (European technical specifications on the website but ended up with a US version with a single SIM card etc., you probably know what I mean...) It was working perfectly so I had no real reason to return it...
Do you seriously think that a spontaneous loss of network could come from the fact that the phone is not meant for Europe? I should mention that it works perfectly otherwise, my SIM card is not the problem as it works in several other phones as well...
Anyway, I need your help, I've searched a lot of forums etc. without a solid answer... Otherwise, I might consider buying the same one from BackMarket in the European version this time... Hoping to find the problem...
Thanks for your future responses
If you've read everything, you'll see that I said it works perfectly except for that, it picks up really well, just why do I lose the signal all of a sudden? Because thank you, I am aware, I've read all the forums that discuss it..
What do you want me to say: he's doing very well but he's not working.
If you're aware of everything, why are you asking a question that, apart from a malfunction of a refurbished phone which can never be ruled out, has no obvious cause other than the one mentioned?
Are you doing this on purpose? The phone is brand new, and I've explained everything. It receives signal well, but it's inexplicable to completely lose the network and find it again two weeks later. If it's just to say "I don't know," then there's no point in responding, thank you.
I mean, if the problem is that "the bands are not good" he wouldn't be able to pick up at all.
You specified the phone as an American model, even though it is new, you bear the consequences including network issues.
No one is a magician, I indeed have nothing more to say to be treated this way.
