Good evening ladies and gentlemen... And first of all... Happy New Year :)
So here's my problem... And I hope you can help me...
A little while ago (about an hour ago lol...) I was quietly reading on my phone when... It suddenly turned off (well... After all, why not... Everyone has their moods...)
But since then... Either it stays frozen... So, out of habit, I take out the battery, and when I manage to turn my phone on, when I enter my code, not only do I have SAMSUNG asking me to authenticate again... But then, well... I have no network... I have a "no entry" sign that prevents any use...
That's it... I think this is the beginning of the end for it... what to do? =(

Whoa, that's really weird what your phone is doing ^^
Otherwise, try removing the battery, holding down the power button for 60 seconds, putting the battery back in after 60 seconds, and then turning the phone back on.

Uh, I don't understand here... Do I have to stay on power for 60 seconds, then put the battery back, and then put the battery back again? I... don’t get it...
Oh, and a little clarification... it almost only goes into the forbidden panel when I unlock the screen... but I have Wi-Fi... so, there you go...
