Resetting ink pad for Epson printer 2856

Hello

I have an Epson ET-2856 printer. Since yesterday, I have been receiving an E-11 error message regarding "the ink pad that needs maintenance. Please contact EPSON," but when I contacted Epson, they directed me to MAINTRONIC. I remind them that I am in Haute Corse and that there are no authorized repairers in my area. I changed the maintenance box myself, BUT I need the reset key for the counter. Could you help me find this key, as I have been completely stuck since yesterday and cannot work.

    Hello.

    As for the key, it's the activation key for the ink counter reset software; it should have been sent to you.
