EcoTank Printer and 2650 EPSON Stamp Ink needs maintenance?

Hello, can we intervene on a printer to replace the ink pad or should we always go for the seller's customer service?

    Hello;

    This is just my opinion... but given the price of this printer, it's better to leave this to a professional because replacing the ink pad is quite tricky...
    I'm not certain, but I believe Epson does this for free if the printer is recent! (they do it for resetting the ink counter... why not the ink pad)
    You should contact the Epson network to find the nearest one to your home... (See this link)

      Thank you, Marion, for this quick response. That's what I'm going to do. The Boulanger ATLANTIS stores and customer service are close to us, so I will take the printer tomorrow. Thank you, I'll keep you updated during the week.
