Good evening,

To perform a reset, it seems that you need to turn off the tablet, which is impossible since the ON/OFF function is inoperative.

Do you have a solution? On another note, how long do I need to hold the reset button before a message appears on the screen?

      I don't think it's working (according to the testimonials on the link you mentioned), but the hotline number is mentioned in one of the posts (even if other users don't seem to have received effective help from this manufacturer).
