Hello, I have a problem, my Danew tablet is stuck on the screen. I was told I needed to reset it by pressing the + and power buttons at the same time, but it takes me to a menu with coding, and I don't know what to do.

    Hello, in this menu you can scroll up and down using the + and - buttons, and click on factory/reset with the power button, then click on yes.
