Offline clock update for android tablet

Hello,
I just received a new tablet. I only use it on Wi-Fi when I'm abroad.
So at home, I'm offline. With every new tablet, I've always been able to set the time and date offline.
With this new Android 8.1 tablet, I can set the time and date without any problem. The issue is that the date stays correct every day... As for the time, it lags by 2 minutes every 5 minutes... So if I set it to 10 PM, when it's 10:05, the tablet shows only 10:03... and it keeps doing this every time. This means that after a few hours, there’s a bigger discrepancy... I've changed everything that could be changed, automatic time, non-automatic... 24-hour format... time zone, I set it to Central Europe +2. Nothing works: it's like a watch that's running slow... I don't want to reset it because some functions have already been set up by a professional and I don't want to lose those functions. Among other things, the ability to save files directly from the tablet to the external SD card that is in it...
Because with my previous tablet, there was never a way to have this function because I was told it had to be mentioned during the initial setup of a tablet..... (which meant I could only save in Drive and it was impossible to send it to the SD card). What’s strange is that the date remains correct. It's been 3 weeks since I got the tablet. Thank you if anyone has a solution or advice. Good night.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 77.0.3865.90

Hello.... I'm replying to myself.... Having not yet received a response to my request..... the seller of the tablet will send me a new one because apparently this issue with the time not holding is due to a problem specific to this tablet and not to a configuration issue with the time. Thanks anyway to those who might have read me.
