Stop Printing: Error Message 7700

Hello,

My Canon TS 5351 printer is no longer printing.

The message indicates a paper jam even though previous prints came out fine. I removed the paper feed tray: everything seemed normal.

It did work once after I turned it off, as indicated in the error message, and unplugged it, but this time it doesn’t work anymore.

It says to contact the "service" center, but I don’t know any and I'm not getting my hopes up...

Can anyone help me?

    Check the cartridge placement
