My laptop won't start (black but lit screen)

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with my Chuwi Herobook Pro that won't start anymore.
- When I press the power button, it lights up normally, and the screen gets slightly bright, but it remains completely black.
- No Chuwi logo or startup screen appears.
- The charger seems to be working properly, and the power button stays lit.
I'm wondering if this could be related to the RAM, the BIOS, or a faulty component.
If anyone has experienced this problem or has ideas on how to fix it, I would appreciate it! Thanks in advance for your help.

Update: I tested the shortcut Windows + Ctrl + Shift + B (restarting the graphics driver), and the computer reacts:
- The screen briefly switches from bright black to non-bright black for a few seconds, before returning to bright black.
- However, nothing is displayed, and the PC remains stuck as before.
I’m not sure how to interpret this, but in any case, the PC seems to recognize the command since it reacts...
