Hello,

My Epson L382 printer suddenly stopped without any software (drivers) or hardware issues.

It seems to be a reset problem.

How can I resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Hello,

There isn’t really a reset... the reset is done by unplugging it from the wall socket for three or four minutes...

It can also stop due to a power outage or a disconnection from the PC...

To check its status, you should try making a copy without using the PC, but only the buttons on the printer... not connected to the PC...

No, it's not working; the lights are flashing and there's no response whether connected or not connected to the PC.

You didn't mention which light in your POST... it would be better if you said which light it is..?? Flashing or steady..? What does it indicate..?

Several reasons can block a printer...

The most common is paper jam and empty ink cartridge... even if that's not true

    So give relevant information.
