DELL PC
model:
Dell Inspiron 17-3793 Laptop 17.3" Full HD Black (Intel Core i5-1035G1,

256GB SSD,
NVIDIA® GeForce® MX230,
Windows 10 Home) French AZERTY Keyboard

64-bit operating system, x64 processor

Hello,

Apparently, a "virus" has installed itself on my PC. On CHROME

name: ENHANCECONNECTION.CO.IN

3 windows keep opening non-stop (You close one, another opens in its place)

Examples:

"VIRUS DETECTED" with prompts like "Scan and remove with McAfee"

or "VIRUS WARNING" and "Protect your PC now"

When I want to download any app, like ADWCLEANER: it prevents me from downloading anything:

It forces me to go to MICROSOFT PLAYSTORE and no other choice ("the app you're trying to install is not a Microsoft-verified app")

So, I can't do anything anymore.
What do you advise?

Thank you

Jérémy

Yes, I have MOZILLA FIREFOX. And when I open Mozilla, the 3 windows of enhanceconnection.co.in stay open on the right (like when CHROME is open)

    Re

I assume you don't have McAfee as your antivirus on your PC!

Check out these pages for Chrome and Firefox to remove site notifications

    Chrome

    Firefox

Let me know how it goes after the manipulation

    Not MACFEE. I have BITDEFENDER

I followed the instructions for Chrome and Mozilla. And nothing worked. I still have the 3 windows open.

    For your information,

these 3 windows on the right side of my screen remain open no matter what I have on my screen:

whether I'm on this ccc forum, on my desktop, on Chrome, on Mozilla...

    re

    Not MACFEE. I have BITDEFENDER

    disable it and do this:

download FRST from (Fabar) to your desktop ==> click here

PS: take the one that corresponds to your PC (32 or 64 bits) ==> click here

run it as administrator (right click)

at the end of the scan, the FRST and ADDITION reports will appear on your desktop and in C:\FRST\LOG

post the reports via cjoint ==> click here

PS: the procedure with Cjoint ==> click here

Unfortunately, it is IMPOSSIBLE to disable BTDEFENDER. The whole panel is grayed out.

    So it's inaccessible.

    What should I do?

Should I continue with the operation you sent me anyway? (download frst etc...)

Is your version of Bitdefender paid?

    hey

okay, see if you can add FRST to the "exclusions" in Bitdefender's detections, then run it, and post the reports

let me know how it goes

It's the same. "Handle an exception" is grayed out. So it's impossible to add anything.

I succeeded (except that it didn't offer me the download "Run as administrator." So I just executed it).

Here are the reports. What do you think?

Oh yes. Of course it is.

It seems to me that it is indeed in the name of ALF or ALFRED

      Hello

On the administrator account, you need to right-click "Run as administrator" on the file icon on the desktop; additionally, if you really want the launched program to run as an administrator.

If the alf account is not an administrator, it does not offer to run as an administrator.

run it as an administrator (right-click)

      --------------------------------------------

It’s not that strange if you did this:

except that it didn't offer me the download "Run as administrator". So I just executed it.

Uh, it’s not on Download that you need to run as an administrator; it’s the file that is already on the desktop where you need to right-click, we agree.

Otherwise, we have to believe that it's Bitdefender that removed the option from the menu. Why not, I don't know the paid version.

I'm going to have to leave the computer for tonight.

I'll pick it up again tomorrow.

    Thanks again!
