Unable to connect to "nokenny.com"

Hello,

I have already noticed that when I am at my parents' house, the site "nokenny.com" redirects me to a warning page "http://dtc.on.nimp.org/", which, by the way, turns out to contain really disgusting photos (I advise you not to go there, even out of curiosity).
It can't be my computer because at my student residence, the site works just fine, and I tried connecting with another device at my parents' house, and it does the same thing.

Do you know what this is due to?

In fact, I think this site contains viruses. I prefer not to try again. When I had logged in, a video was downloaded onto my PC. (well, I could open it with VLC, but nothing would play)
