The side-by-side configuration is incorrect

Hello community,
I’ve been having a little trouble since today. I tried to launch some applications, but unfortunately I received an error message that says: "The application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." and it prompted me to use the command line sxstrace.exe.

I’ve tried a lot of solutions:
- Fixing errors related to Windows Update

- Checking for updates.

- The DSIM and SFC tools with "Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and "Sfc /scannow"
- A scan with Windows Defender.

Nothing conclusive.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Visual C++ but when I attempted to uninstall one of the distributions, I got an error 1719 and when I try to install a new Visual C++ distribution, I get the same error message as when launching some applications.

I tried to install MalwareBytes or ZHPDiag to perform a scan but I get the same error message. I’m unable to install new applications.

A few days before that, I had several blue screens for no apparent reason.

I feel like I might be infected but what can I do?

Thank you in advance for the time you’ll take to respond to me :)

I don't know if it helps, but the problems strangely appeared after adding RAM (bought on leboncoin). I don't see how malware could be transmitted by used RAM, but could it be possible that there was a system bug?
