This morning I noticed that my F10 key is lit up.

I can't turn it off.

How do I do it?

      thank you my problem is solved I simply turned off and restarted my computer and the F10 key is off

    but on my computer, I have a cursor at the top of the screen that I have turned off

    I only turn it on for Skype

    the F10 key still remains lit

      What happens when you turn the cursor back on?

      Have you tried enabling the camera in the settings?
