Hello, Christmas is approaching and I want to give pairs of sneakers to my brothers. I discovered the Prime Sneaker website, there are quite a few choices on the site, the reviews online seem mixed, so what are your thoughts on it?

Hello,

From what I observe as a moderator in this discussion, four participants endorsing the site have identical IP addresses from a foreign country. This is therefore misleading, providing fake reviews, and possibly even a fake question, since the writer has not returned. The site in question should therefore be avoided.

They usually deliver in about ten days, so order in advance if you want to receive them for Christmas. Other than that, they are reliable, you can go for it, especially since you can communicate with them throughout your order in case of any issues; they are responsive and nice.

Hello,

There you go, no need to look any further. The fake reviews on Trustpilot are not reliable.

And the legal notices of this site are a joke.

It's best to avoid this site.

So how do you explain the fact that I received authentic pairs? And yes, I relied on Trustpilot, it's even better since everyone can leave anonymous reviews without verification on other platforms while Trustpilot can verify the reviews itself.

Hello,

Having already ordered from them, the pairs I ordered were certified authentic and you have the option to get a refund at any time, so I would say yes, you can go ahead, you're safe.

Hello,

It's not that complicated, after all.

The link in <2> is also subjective and therefore debatable.

There are two types of online shoe sales.

Just as there are collectors of Camembert boxes, there are collectors of shoes who can resell them even if they are new; these are more likely to be "rare" models, in limited quantities and at astronomical prices.

Sales on platforms without this stock limit can be reserved for authorized resellers, as is the case with Nike (certain large retailers), and any model sold elsewhere is necessarily counterfeit.

Outside of major retailers, there are numerous sites popping up under exotic skies (this is the case with the one we are interested in; it's not very clear how an address that is probably very virtual in the United States could provide them at competitive prices, and in any case, outside the EU they could face customs wrath).

When the price is abnormally low, we are inevitably dealing with counterfeiting.

When it’s not a scam (the supplier actually ships the order) and depending on a game of Russian roulette, you will either receive your counterfeit pair without any further formalities, or it will come at the cost of customs fees, or it will be seized and destroyed by those same customs.

Hello,

I would suggest you contact them directly, even before placing an order, ask them questions, of course, they will have a commercial response but it's up to you to decide in the end, the site has been around for a while now, the competition is tough in the sneaker field so I imagine that if they are still there it means they manage to satisfy their customers, but like any business, you won't always have satisfied customers.

Hello,

If such a site responds to contacts by email or phone (in the United States?), I've never seen any merchant admit to being a crook.

It's clear that if not all customers were delivered, it would be known.

But that does not prove in any way that the delivered item is not possibly counterfeit; in that case, a customs interception is merely statistical, the certainty of counterfeiting is not always easy to establish, and if it is not blatant it goes through an expert, and not all packages are checked.

Hello,

Indeed, you are absolutely right, it is impossible to rely on an "authentic" label simply from a website, and one generally needs a keen eye to spot a counterfeit, especially for customs.

Now it's like any other sneaker retailer, such as StockX for example, where people have recently noticed a lot of counterfeits. I would just advise those who buy sneakers to also have them authenticated elsewhere by other experts and to get a refund in case of a counterfeit.

Very good sneaker site but watch out during delivery, the delivery person completely wrecked the boxes, the shoes are intact but it would have been a hassle to get a refund.

Yeah, it's all good, I just received my Yeezy 350, the delivery took a while but I live far away too, so it doesn't surprise me.

Hello

As far as I'm concerned, I had a very bad experience with this site. Please be aware that in case of a return or refund, you will need to request a return label from them via email and you will not receive any response from them despite your follow-ups. This method should have raised a red flag for me...

They left me without a response, and I was therefore unable to return the pair despite adhering to the withdrawal deadlines.

In short, be careful because this says a lot about the reliability of this site and thus the sneakers ????
