Hello everyone,

My refurbished PC does not have Bluetooth. Is it possible to install it so that I can import or export photos or files? Thank you in advance.

Sincerely

    Hello,

First, you need to check if you have a Bluetooth card in this unknown PC. If not, you will need to acquire a USB Bluetooth mini-adapter compatible with the version of Windows installed (to be checked on the packaging or in the online specifications).

The installation can be done either through automatic recognition or by installing the driver (provided or to be downloaded).

You will then need to pair the Bluetooth device (smartphone, headphones, keyboard, mouse, etc.) with the computer by following the procedure indicated in the user manual.

    Hello,

Bluetooth is not the only way to transfer files (in fact, I consider it one of the worst). A wired transfer is much simpler and faster.

What is the model of this PC? Is it a desktop (a tower) or a laptop?

We do need to determine if this PC has Bluetooth built-in but it's just not working, or if it doesn't have it at all. In that case, you'll need to buy additional equipment to take advantage of it (a Bluetooth dongle or card, starting from around ten euros).

    Best regards.

    Good evening,

My PC is a tower and is not equipped with Bluetooth. I will continue to transfer files using a USB stick as usual, and my laptop is equipped with it!

Thank you for your responses!! Best regards
