Hello I have recently been using Bluetooth to transfer data between my SAGEM mobile phone and my Sony Vaio laptop. The software provided with the Bluetooth dongle is Bluesoleil. After installation, I am able to transfer data from my phone to the PC but not the other way around. When I launch Bluesoleil, the following message appears: "the synchronization service failed to start; check the correct installation of Microsoft Outlook." I have Outlook Express but not Outlook in my software. Is it possible to do without the latter by using a free equivalent software? Thank you in advance for your response.

I found out how to transfer files to the phone using BlueSoleil.
Actually, I think Outlook is necessary for some applications, but it's not needed for the transfer.
Here's how to do it:
1- Connect your phone to your PC via the software by clicking on the orange ball in the middle
2- Double-click on your phone that appeared around that same ball
3- You should normally see 4 icons displayed in yellow above, click on the 3rd (yellow) from the left: "file transfer service"
4- A window opens where you can see all the files present on your phone. From there, open a new window where the file(s) you want to transfer are located.
5- Click and drag them into the window that opened with BlueSoleil, and it should be good
Note: My phone (Sagem My600x) does not display this "file transfer service" icon, so to transfer files, I have to go through my girlfriend's phone (Samsung SGH-E3603) and send them to mine via hers! It's longer, but it works.

If you are still looking for data transfer from your my6000v to your mobile or vice versa, I advise you to set aside Bluesoleil as it is a mini dongle that works somewhat well on certain computers with XP... but only on certain ones... I know this because I use it on my desktop PC!! However, I have a laptop with Vista and with it, I bought a new dongle because it was impossible to transfer with Bluesoleil...
I therefore recommend the Belkin dongle sold at Boulanger for almost €30 which works great.. or if you find it at Top Office for half the price as it has been on promotion for a while... it installs immediately without any hassle... just connect your phone to your computer. Good luck, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Hello no, you must have the Bluetooth key because it's the one that detects and establishes the connection between your phone and the computer. If you have a cable, you don't need a key, but you need to install the driver for your phone's brand. Check in the free software. I'm ready to give up... I have a Sagem my800v, a Blue Soleil key, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to transfer mp3 files between PC and mobile (the reverse is possible). When I click on the orange ball: no device detected, yet the icon of my phone appears around the ball. I double-click, and unfortunately, only 2 icons light up in yellow: communication port service and object exchange service. I try to click on this last icon, but that's where I'm completely lost...

all of these are highlighted

but not the others:
- network access service
- printer service
- HID service
- fax service
- image transmission service
- Bluetooth AV service
- Bluetooth headset service

Hello Malavita, for your problem, does the PC detect the phone or not? If it doesn't detect it, it might be because of the phone, as in the Bluetooth menu, the visibility setting is important. If the phone is not visible to all other devices, set it to "visible to everyone" and it should work. Let me know! @+

Coucou, voilà François Court pour répondre à ta question. C'est normal que les autres icônes ne soient pas en surbrillance car ton portable ne fait pas cette option "garantie casque Bluetooth AV". C'est logique que ton portable n'ait pas cette option. En fait, le principal pour ton portable est le service de transfert de fichiers. Cela suffit amplement pour tes musiques, tes vidéos et tes photos. Voilà, en espérant avoir éclairé ta lumière…

Pour transférer des données entre votre téléphone mobile Samsung E370 et votre PC via Bluetooth, suivez ces étapes :

1. **Vérifiez le Bluetooth sur votre téléphone** :

For that, you need to buy a Bluetooth USB key for your computer (you can find them really cheap online). And normally, with your Samsung, you shouldn't have problems like we do to transfer files to your phone.

Hello everyone!!

I have a USB Bluetooth that I bought at a market about a year and a half ago, and I've never been able to transfer multiple files at once!!

I went to an IT technician to explain it to him, and he replied (a Bluetooth is a Bluetooth)!!

Just to clarify, my laptop is equipped with a "Bluetooth button" but has no card inside!! So the IT guy told me (it's cheaper and easier to buy a USB)!!

Since then, I bought another PC "from him" and he really ripped me off! A HP Pavilion pack sold with a smaller LG screen and 300 euros more than what it's really worth!! And it's already broken down twice!!

Anyway, for Bluetooth, even on the other PC it's the same, and now the Bluetooth from the phone is telling me (transfer complete) while on the PC the transfer bar finishes perfectly but at the end it says (file not transferred) something like that!!!

So I'm wondering if the guy was wrong in his answer?

Because my brother has integrated Bluetooth on his PC and once I tried it, and I was able to transfer multiple files at once!!
