Bluetooth toshiba

Hello,
I bought a Toshiba P200-1BY laptop and I can't activate the Bluetooth?
On the hard drive, there is a software (installed by Toshiba) called MSBluetooth Monitor. When I launch the .exe, the program installs (correctly according to the information message), but after that I don't know what to do. Apparently, nothing happens (no shortcuts, no access from the desktop).

Does anyone have the solution?

    Hello,

    I don't have a switch to turn it on or off.

    What seems strange to me is that I don't have a label directly on the computer indicating that there is Bluetooth (unlike Wi-Fi), but the symbol is drawn on the packaging box of the computer and the software comes with it.

    And is there a Bluetooth symbol along with Wi-Fi, the HDD, etc...?
    Because on the Toshiba website, Bluetooth does not appear in the wireless connection category.

    Right-click on the Bluetooth symbol at the bottom right, add device
    if Bluetooth is connected, he will see your phone. Then, for use, you need the phone's program
