Hello!
I have a problem with my Bluetooth headset bt sh1, when connecting it to my mobile phone, it asks me for an access code but I don't have it, I tried 0000 but nothing works. If anyone knows what to do^^ thanks :)
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

A big thank you for the PIN code for the Sagem BT SH1 headset
I tried several times 0000 and yes like everyone else
its default PIN is indeed 8888

Bonjour, j'ai acheté le casque Sagem BT SH1 hier et j'ai réussi à le coupler avec mon portable. Je peux appeler avec, mais je n'arrive pas à écouter ma musique dessus. Le son ne vient pas dans le casque mais reste sur le portable. Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plaît ?

Did you send the sound to your headset???
As for me, I have a Samsung E900, and I have to start the music, go to options, and select transfer, then it asks if you want to replay it, you say yes and boom, it's all set!!!

Now it's my turn to express my problem!!!

I bought this Sagem BT SH1 headset yesterday at a great discount to watch movies without disturbing my girlfriend who is sleeping next to me!!!
For the phone and music, no problem!!!
On the PC, no issues with music, videos online like YouTube or live TV!!!
However, DivX via Media Player or Media Center is a nightmare; the sound cuts off every quarter of a second, and it's really annoying. On MSN, it's completely ineffective during calls, as if it doesn't exist at all; the speakers, on the other hand, work just fine despite this device, and during message beeps or notifications, it cuts the sound just like with the DivX, but the sound doesn't reach the speakers!!!

Any idea on how to make this investment worthwhile???

I also have a problem with this headset. During the first use, everything worked well, the calls made and received were properly transferred through the headset, as well as the MP3 music from my phone.
But the next day, I couldn't listen to my music through the headset anymore; it keeps showing "BT SH1 headset disconnected" even though the hands-free works.
I tried changing the different settings, disconnecting and reconnecting the devices, but nothing works; I can't listen to my music through the headset.

In the manual, it says that it is possible to reset the headset. Do you know how?

Hello. I have this headset (btsh1) that worked very well for: Hands-free kit for my phone
Listening to music on my phone
Watching movies in the evening without disturbing (Via a Bluetooth USB dongle connected to my PC).
However, I have never been able to use it as a hands-free kit for MSN or online games (Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead).

But today I have a problem: Out of the blue, it doesn't work at all; it is on and blinking normally, but when I search for devices from my Bluetooth-equipped PC and from my phone, neither detects it. It's as if the headset is invisible, even though it was working fine until now.
So I wonder if the tiny hole next to the charging port on the right earcup is meant for resetting it, but I would prefer to have confirmation before putting something in there. That's it, thanks...

It’s been a while since I last used my headset, but I just found out how to make it work again. The little hole is for resetting; once that’s done, you need to turn on the headset by holding down the power button until two colors start flashing. Then, just pair it with your phone and enter 8888, and enjoy!

My HTC Cruise phone cannot find the Bluetooth device of the Sagem SH1 headset, and I no longer have the manual.
Maybe I'm not doing the right manipulations.

Hello!
I have a Samsung E900 and a Plantronics 220 headset. I can do everything except listen to music. I start it, I transfer it to the Bluetooth headset, it makes me start the device search but it can't find the headset even though it's connected.

Hi everyone;
I also have this famous Bluetooth headset that is ideal for transportation, it worked wonderfully on my old phone (my700x)
but now I've got a new phone and I lost the manual (especially for the installation) of this little gem of a headset. If someone could just scan the installation part, that would be great!
