HP scan not working

Hello, my HP Deskjet 20320 printer prints well, but when I want to use the scanner, it acts as if the cable doesn't exist.

how did you install your printer?

with HP Smart or with the drivers?

Be careful, if you have been using HP Smart for a while to scan to your computer, you need to have an HP account.
