HP Envy Series 6400 not working

Hello, I recently bought an HP Envy Series 6400 printer for my Mac.

But it doesn't work: every time I try to print, it starts making noise, then stops, and displays the error signal, while the computer does not show any. When we turn off the error signal on the printer, it spits out a blank sheet. I've already tried to bring it online again, but that wasn't the problem. There is paper and ink. It is connected via USB to the computer.

    Hello ....

    If this printer is recent and makes an abnormal noise when starting up, the best solution might be to check with the seller, as it is likely still under warranty ...
