Xiaomi 13 very slow, notification delay

I have a problem that is starting to weigh on me in order to stay within an acceptable lexicon.

I have my Xiaomi 13 that I bought last November through an SFR contract, it was working fine until a few months ago. First, it's becoming very slow. I haven't installed any strange third-party apps, I've checked the battery consumption and performance permissions, nothing is particularly draining power, but it's slow everywhere. For example, on TikTok, most of the comments don't load or load very slowly, launching certain apps is completely blocked (often Tidal), only a restart temporarily resolves the issue. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the problematic apps and cleared their cache.

The second problem is notifications. ALL my notifications arrive late in a random manner. If someone replies to me at 12:00, I might not receive it until 2/3 hours later, if not more, and all at the same time. No do not disturb mode or night mode or focus mode is activated. I don't know what to do anymore, it's extremely annoying. If you have any solutions, I’m all ears because I've tried quite a few things, and nothing works.

    Hello,

    I have my Xiaomi 13 that I bought last November (or rather in November 2023!) through an SFR plan

    Return for warranty service, to claim an exchange or refund or for a repair.

    See about resetting it if necessary, but beware this operation deletes everything that is not original.
