    Good evening, Panth33ra, thank you for the response. What I'm struggling with is that I plug in the reader and nothing appears on my PC; my computer is 8 months old. Do I need to install software or anything else? I'm not as young as I used to be when it comes to all things computer-related.

    Good evening georges 97, thank you for your response. In the meantime, I called my son who advised me to restart the computer and it works. It is well registered on the PC, I click on PC and it opens. Best regards, PINPIN 30. CCM is great. Thanks again to Panth 33 ra.
