Photo Vault not opening despite the correct code: help!

Hello, This morning I opened the Photo Vault app several times, typing in my code each time, without any problem.
During the last action, when I tried to open Photo Vault again, I typed in the correct code again, but Photo Vault didn’t unlock. It’s really strange and I’m completely stuck: what should I do?

Should I wait 24 hours? Did I open Photo Vault too many times this morning?

    Contact official support.

    You have lost the administrator password for Vault and need to reset it.
