Hello, I wanted to try streaming, but once the stream started, I reached 30% lost frames in 5 minutes just in Steam (50-60% in-game after 20 minutes). Here is my connection (via speedtest)
Ping: 20
Download: 74.64Mbps
Upload: 20.15 Mbps
I'm using OBS 20.1.3 and here are the settings (streaming on Twitch)

Here are the details of my setup:
i5 7600K 3.8Ghz
8GB RAM
GTX 1060 6GB
Windows 10 64Bit
I'm using an ethernet cable for the internet.
If you need any more information, I'm here.

Hi, your video bitrate is just too high in my opinion, especially for 720p 30fps.
First, lower it to 2500 and give us some feedback.

So, I lowered it to 2500 and I only had a 3% loss just by leaving the stream on for a few minutes (without any games, just Steam) and then while playing (PUBG), I hit 18% lost frames during one game.

The strangest thing is that a few days ago with the configuration described in the first message, I had less than 1% lost frames in 1 hour of streaming.

I found the culprit. It was Windows Update that was doing a long update in the background :). The update is finished, and I'm left with 96 lost images in 30 minutes at 720p
    Thanks anyway ^^
