Freebox ultra and landline phone

Hello,
I just switched from the Freebox Delta to the Ultra.
As a result, my landline is no longer linked, so I have no dial tone; only the ring works.
Has anyone experienced this issue and managed to resolve it?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
"my landline phone is no longer connected"
I conclude that your device was not connected to the box with a cable but via DECT radio link.
The Freebox Ultra does not have DECT functionality so you will need to set up a wired connection.
"only the ringtone works"
Strange, how is that possible without a tone? In testing, there yes.
What are the references (Brand and model) of your phone?
Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
Hello
Simply restart the box by unplugging it from the power source and waiting a moment, but since I didn't change the box, the phone installation must be redone with the new one.
I don't have the same phone, my instructions won't work for you.

Hello
Thank you for the details. While reading the short summaries of the first results on the search page, there are indeed different phones; sometimes, some need to switch phones along with the new boxes.

I do have a fixed phone with 3 handsets. The one closest to the box has a slightly larger base, and the other two communicate with it through the 230v mains electricity; that's also possible. There is a wired network that is neither RJ45 nor RJ11 in this case.
Uh!
If the base is connected to the box by a telephone cable, the handsets communicate with the base wirelessly, which is the very principle of the DECT function.
The connections to the electrical network are only there to power the base and the chargers for additional handsets.
Hi,
yes, it's a shame that Free and Orange have the same tendency to remove the DECT base from their new boxes; I find it was quite a useful feature, especially when there’s no wiring in the house. Anyway, the others don't have it either.
