My Epson Portal app not responding

Hello, I have an Epson Ecotank ET-2876 printer

It works perfectly, but on my computer running Windows 11, the My Epson Portal application is unresponsive; I completely uninstalled and reinstalled it without any result. A frozen screen appears.

    do you really need the app?

    from what I've read on the site after researching, it doesn't affect the printer's operation...
