Hello,

I have a little problem and I don't know how to make the windows of certain options completely visible. For example, when I go to File, New (ctrl+n), the window that opens is only partially visible, and I can't move it down to see the rest. I always have to restart Photoshop because I can't see the options in the window.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Thank you, Sonia

Thank you Bobot but I don’t have that file. I have Photoshop CS6 and "C:/Program files9x86)/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS6" I can't find anything under Prefs even after conducting a complete search on "C".

It’s not all the windows, it’s just some, when I want a new document and certain adjustments in the image.

Try resetting the preferences (including the windows) by simultaneously pressing the "Ctrl+Alt+Shift" keys when launching Photoshop and just before the Photoshop window appears..
A small window asking if you want to delete the preferences will pop up..
You must be quick, there isn't much time!
