Network administrator/google workspace

Hello,

It's been several weeks now that I'm having a problem with my computer. I don't know where it comes from, but no Google search has been able to help me...

I no longer have access to certain videos on YouTube (for example, the Inox documentary or some music). I get an error message that says:

"Video unavailable

Access to this video is restricted. Please check the restrictions set by the Google Workspace administrator and/or the network administrator."

When I go to my settings, the "restricted mode" option is stuck activated, telling me that this so-called network administrator is blocking my access...

I honestly don't know what to do since I have no idea who this administrator could be. I've already searched through my settings, and no family members are on my Microsoft account; it's just me on my computer and I am the administrator...
