    Hello,

    Afterward, we can also simply put the first photocopy back in the paper tray in the first position by turning it over to print on the remaining blank side.

    So, to put the page back in the tray,

    • I turn it over so that the blank side is facing me.
    • The bottom of the page should be towards me (and not towards the printer).
    • The left side of the page must remain on the left! (my reference point has to be on the left, even if the page is flipped).

      Hello,

      Of course, but without the context we aren't any further along; it could be such an agency requesting a copy of the driver's license; if they accept it to be in two pieces, having the copy double-sided doesn't change anything, if they only want one, we will have to create two separate images then copied onto the same sheet.

      Hello,

      We do not know the "tools" in question.

      If it is a photo, taken with a smartphone, a digital camera, a webcam... I don't see what the problem is, except that if it's for administrative purposes, the result may lack precision and a single front-and-back photo doesn’t exist.

      I don’t see how one can digitize a photo; one either makes a photocopy of the document or scans it, which is basically the same thing, except that in the latter case, we have an archive and I don’t see what the problem is either.

      If the issue is to combine the front and back on a single page, each one needs to be scanned and the resulting images can be copied and pasted into, for example, a Word document.

      Digitizing can be complicated for older types of permits (pink ones) where the color often "displeases" the scanner; in that case, one must either scan in black and white or adjust the color settings.
