Unable to change Facebook password

Hello,
I am a community manager and I am encountering a technical problem accessing my client's account. 1. he cannot remember his password:
- First problem: when he uses the "forgot password" feature, he receives no SMS or email.
We have tested on several browsers, checked the spam folders on his phone and in his emails, used several phones. We also went through the Facebook maintenance forms that just lead us in circles...
He currently has access to his account because his username and password are saved on 2 devices: work phone and home PC.
2. Unable to proceed with the password change, we eventually decided to recreate an account.
Mission impossible, as soon as a new account is created, it is systematically "disabled".
I have never faced such a problem, and I cannot find any solution.
It's as if his first and last name are blacklisted!
I even went so far as to create a fictitious account, and when creating the professional page using the client's first and last name, BAM: Account disabled!
I need your help!

Hello,
Many of you are asking this type of question here on CCM, and unfortunately, there is no miracle in this area with Facebook; the only thing you can do is to seek assistance from the help available on Facebook support.

As for the IP address blocking, it is Facebook that decides; there is no miracle in this area either, and we cannot interact with Facebook's servers here on the CCM forum.
Moreover, providing you with assistance that would allow you to bypass this ban would be against the CCM rules.

Hello
"His username and password are saved on 2 devices: work phone and home PC. (of this client)"
These are the only two places where the client could possibly find these codes, and then request to authorize another device from these devices.
For Facebook, anything that doesn't come from these 2 devices seems to be considered suspicious and triggers a block on their part, even your potential actions.
Unfortunately, only Facebook with the means it provides to the client can modify anything on their accounts; here we have no way to verify or influence anything at all, on the contrary, we would only increase the blocking reaction from Facebook.
Note: several times a week, unfortunately, we hear the same thing; there are thousands of people facing the same situation.
