Automated setup on Illustrator

Hello,

I use Illustrator and I would like a tip to nest/group my objects like Tetris to minimize empty space.

Maybe a simple manipulation that I'm unaware of is enough? A software? An AI?

    Hello,

    Although Adobe Illustrator does not directly offer an automatic nesting feature, you can use third-party scripts to accomplish this task.

    A popular example is the "Nesting for Illustrator" script that I use. This script helps to automatically arrange your objects to minimize space.

    Download a nesting script (look for Illustrator-specific scripts, such as "Nesting for Illustrator").

    In Illustrator, go to File > Scripts > Other Scripts and select the downloaded script file.


    The script will then automatically rearrange your objects by nesting them as much as possible.


    Some free or paid scripts are available on platforms like GitHub, Gumroad, or specialized Adobe forums.
