Continental Edison Android TV won't turn on anymore

Hello,
Hello,
our TV purchased in January 2023 is stuck on the Android TV logo. The bar at the bottom moves from left to right but nothing... We've tried unplugging it, waiting, changing the power cable, turning off the internet box... I've tried various button holds on the TV and remote but nothing... I've scoured the internet to find a similar issue to mine, nada... Any idea what the problem could be?
Continental Edison has been contacted but of course I haven't received a response. Purchased from a Casino supermarket that has since become Carrefour, it's a nightmare trying to reach customer service!
So I'm turning to the forums to see if anyone has encountered this issue before, and possibly a solution... Thank you

One of the two is required to take on everything related to customer service... before the end of the two-year warranty.
Requesting assistance from a store may not be the most effective... In my opinion, it’s necessary to reach out higher, to consumer services or the sales management.
-- You also need to consider sending a paper letter and a registered letter... and not give up in the face of a local refusal to respond... Even mentioning it in the registered letter... with acknowledgment of receipt that you keep carefully.

Hello,
It's ambiguous; the legal warranty is typically handled through the seller and not the manufacturer, and there seems to be no legal provision or case law regarding its transfer in the event of a business transfer.
More generally, the customer service of large general supermarkets is always a hassle, but that's another issue.

Good evening,
Go back to Carrefour Casino... Before January 2025, to activate the warranty...
In any case, you won't be able to fix it yourself.
You can also contact the consumer service of these major retailers...

Oh no, actually Carrefour has nothing to do with Casino and they made that very clear to me... It's useless to go see them.
