Unable to recover my Facebook account

Hello everyone,
I'm stuck... My Facebook account has been hacked by someone malicious who linked my profile to an Instagram account that violates Meta's Terms of Service. As a result, my Facebook account is suspended, and I have no way to access it.
Facebook indicates that an email was sent to me with a button to appeal, but I haven't received anything (I've checked spam, notifications, etc... absolutely nothing). When trying to log in, Facebook tells me that I can claim the reinstatement of my account through Instagram, but I can't find any option to submit a form.
I've scoured dozens and dozens of FAQ pages, but none offer a solution to my problem. I feel like Facebook is impossible to contact to request the return of my account: I haven't violated any rules, I'm simply the victim in this situation.
Does anyone have a solution or has anyone faced a similar issue?
Thank you in advance,

Hello.
Has anyone had to deal with a similar issue?
Hundreds, if not thousands, of messages similar to yours are present on the forum, so yes, you are not the only one with this problem.
Your question is a recurring one that comes up several times a week on the forum.
The answer is always the same, for example:

As you can read, only Facebook can resolve this kind of problem.
Contact Facebook about this:

A hello, a reply, a thank you are always appreciated.-
Hello bazfile,
Thank you for your response, but my issue is slightly different, as once I enter my credentials, Facebook shows me the following message:
"Your Facebook account has been suspended because your Instagram account tranquilgeneration74755 does not comply with our rules.
You have 178 days left to appeal. Log in to your associated Instagram account to appeal our decision.
You may have the right to contest our decision in the courts of your country, or to submit our decision to an accredited dispute resolution body."
However, this so-called Instagram account that violates the terms of service is not mine; it's the hacker who linked it to my Facebook account. Facebook offers me the option to log into Instagram to appeal, but I can't find any option to make a request; I'm just redirected to the Instagram feed.
No, it is not different at all; I would even say that your story is mundane. Your account is disabled because it has been hacked, nothing new there. I'm telling you again, messages like yours appear on the forum every week; just reading the existing messages makes it clear that a forum cannot do anything since only Facebook can act on the accounts.

I understand that it can be tiring to have the same type of topic dozens of times on a forum; the reason I posted my message is that I couldn't find a solution through other threads / FAQ pages (for example, the page https://www.commentcamarche.net/reactiver-un-compte-desactive-par-facebook/ does not address my problem and Facebook does not offer me help via facebook.com/hacked because of the copied/pasted message in my previous post).

I posted my message because I couldn't find a solution
As has been said many times on the forum:
Only Facebook has the solution.
Facebook is not very active in resolving this kind of issue, which is understandable given the number of people worldwide in your situation; most of the time it results in losing your Facebook account, so you should create a new account.
