Invalid PCS tickets

Hello

During a car purchase procedure on leboncoin, the person asked me to make a payment with a PCS ticket. I had already bought one at the tobacco shop, but I realized it was a scam when he pressured me to give him the ticket codes.

I couldn't recharge a PCS card because PCS was out of service for 3 months or more. Now that it works, the tickets have expired (07/17/2024).

How can I contact them? The 0811 never answers).

    I went back to the tobacco shop where I bought them, and he told me that he couldn't do anything, that it could happen that the ticket was invalid, but that at his level, he couldn't do anything for me.

    Either you insist a little more at 0 811 880 200 because they do answer, but you have to call back continuously several times, don't get discouraged too quickly.

    Or you go to the tobacco shop where you bought these tickets.
