Hello,

I have a PHILIPS LED TV PHILIPS 50PUS8007 50''AMBILIGHT TV 4K UHD ANDROID. For several months, on the channel l’équipe 21, I have a message "welcome to nginx" that displays continuously at the top center of the screen. I've noticed it disappears when I open the menu. I tried reinstalling the channels to remove it, but to no avail.
Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

In the television menu, try disabling Hbb TV.

Extract from the manual on page 38

    HbbTV Settings
MENU > TV Options > Advanced Options
    > HbbTV Settings.
    Enable HbbTV
    HbbTV Settings > Disable.

      Hello,

Not all Phillips televisions necessarily have the same menus.

Excerpt from the manual for the 42Oled808 on page 27:

      Hello,

This kitchen can indeed be found here and there, but it's hard to see why the web server would produce this message only on one channel and not on the others.

The situation then more readily suggests a bug with the channel in question rather than with the television.

    Thank you for your replies.
Indeed, by disabling the HBB TV option, this message has disappeared.

    Hello

I'm following up on the topic because on my Philips Ambilight 65PUS6007_12 I again have this message on L'Équipe 21, but none of the solutions provided here allow me to find the famous HbbTV deactivation menu.

Philips and Android have likely modified the menus over the course of updates, and I can't find that option anywhere.

The worst part is that I went through the TV help, which also provided the path given by Baladur13, but no matter how much I press the "Menu" button on the remote or go through the TV Settings Menu, I can't find a menu that contains the HbbTV option.

    Please Help!!!

    Thank you for your help.

Actually, I was able to make the change by using the "Menu" button on the remote control.

What I didn't know is that apparently it only works if you are watching a TV channel.

For my part, I was trying to perform the operation while I was on the "Home" screen, which brought up the settings menu instead. When you're watching a channel, it's much better :D
