Hello,

I have a PHILIPS 50PUS8007 50'' AMBILIGHT 4K UHD ANDROID LED TV. For several months, on the channel l’équipe 21, I have a message "welcome to nginx" that displays continuously at the top center of the screen. I've noticed it disappears when I open the menu. I've tried to reinstall the channels to remove it, but to no avail.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,

In the television menu, try disabling Hbb TV

Excerpt from the manual on page 38

HbbTV Settings
MENU > TV Options > Advanced
Options > HbbTV Settings.
Activate HbbTV
HbbTV Settings > Disable.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...

Hello,

Not all Phillips televisions necessarily have the same menus.

Excerpt from the manual for the 42Oled808 on page 27:

Hello,

Try disabling HbbTV on your television to see.

Hello,

We do find this issue here and there, but it's hard to see why the web server would produce this message only on one channel and not on the others.

The situation more readily suggests a bug with the channel in question rather than with the broadcast.

Thank you for your responses.
Indeed, by disabling the HBB TV option, this message has disappeared.

Hello

I'm bringing up the subject again because on my Philips Ambilight TV 65PUS6007_12 I again have this message on L'Equipe 21 but none of the solutions provided here allow me to find the famous Hbb TV deactivation menu.

Philips and Android, over the course of updates, must have changed the menus and it's impossible to find this option.

The worst part is that I went through the TV help and the help provided also gives the path given by Baladur13 but no matter how much I press the "Menu" button on the remote or go through the TV Settings Menu, I can't find a menu that contains the HbbTV option.

Please Help!!!

Thank you for your help.

Actually, I was able to make the change by using the "Menu" button on the remote control.

What I didn't know is that it apparently only works if you are watching a TV channel.

For my part, I was trying to do the operation while I was on the "Home" screen, which brought up the settings menu instead. When you are watching a channel, it’s much better :D
