Unable to download an app on Telegram

Hello everyone,
I'm having trouble because I want to download an application on Telegram, but I can't seem to do it.
I have an S23+ on which I've enabled the option to download unknown applications through my Telegram app.
In a Telegram conversation, I download the document and then click on it to download the proposed application. I expand the "more details" menu to accept the download anyway, then it loads. And it ends with a pop-up that says "app not installed."
I don't know how to fix this problem; could you help me find out what's wrong?
Thanks in advance to those who can guide me.

Hello
According to this Samsung forum, there is an automatic blocker that needs to be disabled in order to manually allow the apps that are permitted to install third-party applications (like Telegram here).
To disable it:
Settings > Security and privacy > Automatic blocker

Hello,
If you have permitted the installation of unknown apps, it is possible that the app in question is not compatible with your phone.
Also, check if McAfee (Device Maintenance) / Play Protect (Play Store) does not flag the app as malicious. If you are unfamiliar with the app being suggested, make sure it is safe.
