Hello,

I’m checking my emails with the Apple Mail app.
How can I get them to arrive in the inbox? This happens for all our Gmail addresses. I'm using the Apple Mail app, and some emails are even in the trash, on an iMac Pro, an iPad Pro, and an iPhone 14 Plus.

Here’s what you can check and adjust:

  1. Check Gmail settings on each device:
    Go to the account settings for your Gmail account:

      • On iOS (iPad Pro, iPhone 14 Plus): Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
      • On macOS (iMac Pro): Open Mail, then go to Mail > Preferences > Accounts.

  2. Check filters and sorting rules:

    Sometimes, filters or sorting rules can direct emails to other folders than the inbox. Make sure you haven’t set up any rules that automatically move emails to the trash or other folders.

  3. Check Gmail settings on the web:
    Go to Gmail settings (click on the gear icon in the top right, then "See all settings").

    • Check the filters and labels applied to your emails. Make sure nothing is automatically redirecting emails to the trash or other folders.

  4. Make sure your Gmail inbox is not full

  5. Update the Mail app and the operating system

Thank you very much, I tried to compare with the settings of our Yahoo addresses, but would you be so kind as to tell me which parameters and rules I need to check to make everything go back to how it was before this problem, please? We are not very good at this...
