Frozen digital photo frame

Hello everyone,

I bought a photo frame just a few months ago and it no longer works, it's the Smart Wifi Photo Frame model DW10.

It keeps scrolling its red downloading bar without stopping, I've contacted customer service as well as the seller and they can't do anything for me.

Thank you in advance if you have any suggestions.
