    Hello, I've been having the same issue for a few days. I simply logged out of my account and logged back in, and it’s all good.

    If you're using an internet box to watch TV, restart your TV box and if the problem persists, contact your internet provider's support.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem on my end.

    I have 3 computers plus a smartphone.

    I haven't found a solution with the smartphone. Without paying for a subscription, I haven't found access, and with a subscription, I haven't tested it.

    I tested the computers at the same time: On the two Windows 10 computers, I get "a technical error," on the Windows 11 one it works properly.

    I'm wondering if TF has deliberately ignored non-W11 platforms without notifying its subscribers...
